On site and Off site Occupational Health Services
On-site integrated and tailored occupational health
This is the most popular of our services where the same Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Occupational
Physiotherapist (OP) is based on your premises for a contracted period of time per month; 3.5 hours a week,
1 day a week, 2.5 days a week, 2 days a month, etc.
The results of building a genuine partnership relationship can be significant:
- Reduced absence
- Increased performance
- Higher morale
- Fewer accidents
- ...and many more benefits that improve the bottom line and your company brand
Benefits:
- Practitioner builds a relationship with management and employees
- Practitioner develops an in-depth understanding of your business, operations and goals
- Managers and employees have regular access to support and advice both confidentially and on
the "shop floor"
- Avoid "out of sight, out of mind" - if OH services are regularly available on-site, management
are more likely to refer patients, and employees are more like to ask for support before absence
or performance is adversely affected
Off-site - as and when required occupational health
If your service requirements are infrequent or irregular, you may opt for COPE’s national network of
occupational health and physiotherapy clinics.

usually require one week’s notice.
PERIODIC – A regular clinic is set up at the preferred and pre-arranged locations; half day sessions
are usually minimum. Bookings are made via telephone, fax or email up to the day before the clinic is
held or on the day depending on vacancies.
