reducing the work-related risk factors at source.
To achieve this, and to fulfil your legal obligation, we recommend a Stress Audit. To support
this, we can tailor and deliver Stress Management Training, and where appropriate, provide
training for your Occupational Health Team.
Individual Focus
Sometimes sources of stress are outside of your control, and certain jobs can be inherently stressful.
Because stress results from an imbalance between an individual’s capacity and the external demands
on them, Resilience Training reduces the likelihood of stress developing by boosting
an individual’s capacity. Using Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, this training empowers employees by enhancing their
capacity to cope under pressure.
